Needed a faucet replaced. Paul said plumber would come "after lunch" but it ended up being after 5pm. Plumber Doug diagnosed problem & returned following afternoon with supplies. Job completed within an hour. Doug was very friendly and answered all our questions. No more leaks under the kitchen sink so we're happy.
