Paul Garcia – Owner

Paul has been in the plumbing business since 1988. He started by working for other companies, and immediately saw what was missing regarding the plumbing industry in San Luis Obispo County. He saw customers not getting the solutions they need at a price they could afford, along with not receiving honest answers to their questions about the services they needed & received. So in 1997, he decided to create North County Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Inc. to fill that need & has been successfully doing so since then by implementing STEPS he expects his service technicians to follow & his customers have come to appreciate.

Darla Garcia – Public Relations/Business Administrator

Darla, wife to Paul and mother to Joyanna and David. She is actively involved with many community associations, such as Paso Robles Downtown Association, Rotary Club, and Member of the Chamber of Commerce among many others. Darla also over sees the bookkeeping, taxes, banking and legal parts of the business.

David Garcia – Plumbing Technician

David, son of Paul and Darla Garcia, has also been raised in the business. Following in his father’s footsteps and helping to grow a wonderful partnership of family and team players both in the office and out in the field. David has earned the respect of his parents, co-workers and most importantly our customers as a hardworking, knowledgeable, qualified lead technician. He works along side other North County Plumbing technicians to provide our customers with the service and products they have come to rely on.

Joyanna Garcia – Office Manager

Joyanna, daughter of Paul and Darla Garcia, has been raised in the business. She now serves as office manager and is in charge of billing and other important functions in the office of North County Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Inc.
